Warranty

1.1 Warranty Coverage:

  • This warranty covers the functionality, performance, and reliability of the integration between RAMP Expense Management and Sage as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW) document. The warranty ensures that the integration will function as specified in the SOW, including the correct synchronization of credit card transaction data between RAMP and Sage.

1.2 Warranty Period:

  • The warranty is valid for the subscription duration
  • The warranty period begins on the date of the successful completion of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the official sign-off of the project by the client.

1.3 Warranty Services:

  • Any defects, bugs, or errors identified in the integration within the warranty period will be promptly addressed and resolved by our development team at no additional cost to the client.
  • Should the integration fail to perform as expected or experience degradation in performance during the warranty period, we will undertake necessary corrective actions to restore optimal performance.
  • If any updates or changes in the RAMP or Sage systems during the warranty period result in compatibility issues with the integration, we will modify the integration to ensure continued compatibility.

1.4 Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors such as changes to third-party systems (outside of RAMP and Sage), hardware failures, network issues, or any form of data corruption not related to the integration itself.
  • The warranty is void if the client fails to provide the necessary access, support, or information required for the resolution of identified issues.
  • The warranty does not cover any performance issues caused by client server infrastructure or items not related to the integration.

1.5 Client Responsibilities:

  • The client must report any defects, performance issues, or errors promptly within the warranty period to ensure timely resolution.
  • The client must provide necessary access to the RAMP and Sage systems, as well as any relevant logs or data, to facilitate troubleshooting and issue resolution.
