From there, we’ll validate the sync between your Sage test environment and our Ramp sandbox, ensuring everything functions as expected. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the results, we’ll move forward with a seamless go-live to production.

Following go-live, we provide four weeks of hands-on support to guide you through a full accounting cycle with the integration. During this time, you’ll have direct access to our development team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Afterward, we transition into long-term support, covering any bugs or issues caused by version changes at no additional cost, for as long as your subscription remains active.
